Many people just want a cell phone to make and receive phone calls without
all the fancy and complicated computer functions and internet accessibility.
I personally would rather have two devices so that my cell phone can remain
very small and light and erononically fit my hand as a flip phone. I can
also not have to worry about my cell phone breaking and losing all my stored
computer files. That is important to me because I am frequently dropping my
cell phone on concrete when getting in and out of my van. Also, I don't
worry much about losing my cell phone and having my personal information in
the wrong hands to cause me to worry about being the victim of identity
theft. I don't mean to imply that I am a techno-phobe or that I don't crave
exciting new gadgets as much as you probable do, but the powerful hand held
computers are much more around being computer and entertainment devices that
telephones and holding a bulky rectangle up to your ear that doesn't fit
well in your hand is just asking to be dropped on the concrete and broken as
far as I'm comcerned. I think two separate devices are much more practical,
one optimally designed just as a phone and the other as a powerful portable
computer and media player. The newest cellphones and accessories are
